Description: One or more pitchers can take part in this drill at the same time. The pitchers involved in the drill form a line facing the coach. Ideally the line should consist of no more than six pitchers wide and two deep. Each pitcher assumes a stretch position. The drill begins by having each pitcher raise his lift leg a few inches and take a walking-stride step toward the target. Each pitcher then drags his push-off foot toward his stride foot.
